Attorney Bret Jones held a seminar on the topic of Estate Planning and Probate for a group of Edward Jones’ Clients. The event was organized and hosted by Laura Lear, Financial Advisor, at the Lakeland SPCA Community Room. A delicious meal of lasagna, pasta, salad and cookies was enjoyed by all. Attorney Jones discussed the difference between a Trust and a Will, how assets pass at the time of death, and the probate process. Attorney Ashley Cooper and Paralegal Dorene Yates of Bret Jones P.A. were in attendance to assist.
