Lisa Welling moved to Lake County in 1990. She graduated from New Freedom Chrisitan and was subsequently educated at The Koogler Group National Title Insurance Academy. Mrs. Welling has a background in both residential and commercial real estate matters, she supports our attorneys whenever title issues or other real-estate related matters are involved. Mrs. Welling also oversees our administrative team.
In addition to her title career, Mrs. Welling owns and operates a small farm in Lake County. Her children are members of the local 4H and FFA, she and her family support agriculture in our community.
