Served as a combat arms commissioned military officer including service as a General Officer’s Aide-de-Camp as a senior 1st Lieutenant prior to commanding the United States Army’s largest Separate Brigade Headquarters Company of over 1000 men and women soldiers as a Captain. Before being promoted to the rank of Major, served as a Commander, Special Personal Staff Officer, staff officer or an Executive Officer (2nd in Command) at 3 different levels (Active Duty and Reserve Duty combined) at 18th Airborne Corps, 12th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 478 Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), U.S. Atlantic Command (J7), 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), at Fort Bragg, N.C., and other units. Served as a senior commissioned military officer and leader in Special Operations, Civil Affairs (Lieutenant Colonel slot), and Airborne Infantry units.
