Attorney Craig Forrester was born in New York City and grew up mainly in the northern United States. Craig graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. He spent the next decade exploring multiple industries and living in a variety of U.S. locations. Craig soon decided that a legal career was the perfect fit and ultimately graduated from the University of Miami with a Juris Doctor degree.
As a youth, he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America, student government, athletics, and other organizations within the school system. As an adult, Attorney Forrester continues to remain involved with various charitable organizations, including hosting an annual party to collect items for the Toys for Tots organization. He spends his free time with his dogs and training for and running marathons.
As a young attorney, Craig Forrester began his legal career as a prosecutor in the eighteenth circuit of Florida. He gained experience as a prosecutor in both county and circuit courts and eventually was attached to the United States Department of Justice, serving as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting career offenders in federal court.
Having garnered many years of experience as a litigator of criminal matters in both state and federal courts, Attorney Craig Forrester left behind his career as a public servant in order to branch out into the private sector. Since joining Bret Jones, P.A. as a litigation specialist, Craig has pursued and litigated in multiple areas, including criminal defense, contract and business litigation, HOA matters, and IRS defense cases.
