Appellate Law
Appellate law practice in Florida (and all other States) is a discrete area of law. Appellate Courts, whether State or Federal, have their own unique rules and procedures, an understanding of which is vital to a successful appeal. Appellate advocacy also requires experience and proficiency both in oral and written argument, and an ability to analyze the facts of your case and assess whether the law was applied properly to them at trial.
